FOR NURSES
Does RN411 cost anything to use?
No, and it is not a trial. Searching, filtering, applying, saving a profile and uploading a CV are free permanently. Employers pay to post; nurses never pay to look.
What kind of roles are on the board?
Nursing roles only, across twenty specialties, from ICU and emergency through to school and home health. Medical billing, care coordination and hospital admin are filtered out.
Do I apply through RN411 or through the employer?
Your application goes to the employer. There is no agency sitting in the middle of the conversation and no fee at either end.
Can I filter by travel or per diem?
Yes. Full-time, part-time, per diem / PRN, travel, contract and temporary are all first-class filters, not keywords you have to guess at.

What does it cost to post a role?
There are three plans, from a single posting through to a monthly subscription. The current plans and what each includes are on the pricing page.
How long does a listing stay up?
Listing length depends on the plan you choose. Each plan states its duration on the pricing page.
Who actually sees my posting?
An audience that is entirely nursing, filtered by the specialty and employment type you are hiring for. No impressions spent on people who were never going to apply.
Do you take a cut of a placement?
No. You pay for the posting, and what happens after a nurse applies is between you and them.
